- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto proferido el 2 de octubre de 2020, por el Juzgado Veintiséis Penal Municipal Con Función de Control de Garantías de Bogotá, mediante el cual se declaró incompetente para conocer la acción de tutela formulada por la ciudadana Berenice Arminda Mondragón Castro contra el establecimiento de comercio Estación de Servicio SED.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado Veintiséis Penal Municipal Con Función de Control de Garantías de Bogotá, a fin de que, sin más dilaciones, asuma de manera inmediata el conocimiento del amparo solicitado.
